Narong is a Kaizen management professional of more than 20 years; he has worked in multi-national companies as a “Manager” and “Industrial Engineer”. Highly experienced in problem solving by implementing tools of Lean Manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and Total Quality Management, he has also established many activities for cost efficiency and quality improvement with principals such as 5S, Kaizen and small group activity. Narong has certificates as a Lean Specialist from the well-known Institute of Thailand and Ministry of Industry.

 

Experience & Achievement

 

Narong has developed his career from an education background in Engineering to success in Lean Systems and Kaizen management., Some of his major achievements include:

• Managing activities in cost reduction and quality improvement by 5S, Kaizen and small group activity.

• Reducing costs in production, new product development, engineering, manufacturing, and design.

• Facilitation teams and coaching in problem solving and process improvement.

• Developing innovative change management and process improvement/analysis techniques for process mapping and other management tools for process improvement.

• Application of problem-solving techniques, Lean Systems and TPM for SMEs.

• Problem Solving for processes in numerous fields of manufacturing, including automotive parts, agriculture, detergent, rubber and publishing industries.
